Founded back in 2012 with a small group of engineers in O&G sector, we have grown into a total solutions service and consulting firm, providing different services specializing in the provision of Human capital resources solutions and project management consultancy. We have offered service in temporary and contract recruitment, outsourcing, permanent and bulk power recruitment throughout Vietnam.

FWE has been diversifying into new sectors of green, renewable energy and power, but will focus to deliver skill professionals to our clients in Oil & Gas downstream and upstream industries.
